Boho Balayage is for clients who want natural-looking hair that grows out well, with hair integrity front and center. I’m Ruxandra Vasilescu, an independent NYC colorist known for clean, wearable tones and an integrity-first approach. Condition matters as much as color. As a NYC Cezanne Artiste Educator, Cezanne smoothing is one of my core specialties. I offer formaldehyde-free Cezanne keratin smoothing treatments that reduce frizz, improve manageability, boost shine, and cut styling time, while keeping hair healthy, touchable, and natural. For highlights, I do true hand-painted French Balayage for a natural, lived-in look that grows out well and keeps hair in good shape. All highlighting services include toning for a sophisticated, polished result. My services include gray coverage and gray blending, dimensional color, platinum root touch-ups, and functional haircuts with beautiful layers for healthy, glossy hair.
